The elevators were indeed fast. I experienced no wait, even during busy times. my room was super clean. The bathroom was beautiful. the shower had good water pressure.

the staff provided polite services. the breakfast arrangement impressed me. the processes involved ensured efficiency during the busy morning. i also received a surprise of champaign, made our family celebrations great.
the water pressure on level 25 was just acceptable, but not amazing.

the staff was very cute. i observed the front desk representatives keeping a close eye on children while their parents stepped away. the staff and security ensured the children didn't leave the lobby by themselves. they also contacted their parents quickly.

breakfast included many choices. everything tasted quite fresh. elevators arrived fast. this made getting around the building simple. my room had a super clean bathroom. the shower's water pressure was excellent!!!

The room was modern. It had a spacious layout and provided many storage spaces! The staff was friendly and eager to help with directions. I also appreciated the fast elevators. They made getting around the building simple.
Breakfast time was busy, so I hope more space is added.

The wait times for the elevators were excessive. it sometimes took up to 15 minutes to get down from the 46th floor. the breakfast situation was also poor. I waited between 15 and 55 minutes each morning, even with the strict queuing system. the room cleaning was just ok.

the location was excellent. the subway station was conveniently close. the breakfast was also good quality. there was plenty of choice.
the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. i could hear the people in the next room. i had to complain at the front desk.
